Public Hearing - Code Adoption

 

Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, December

11, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers at 911 S. Arizona Boulevard to consider the

following:

A proposed amendment to the City of Coolidge, Building Code, Title XV Chapters 150.020

through 150.047 of the Coolidge City Code to Adopt the 2018 International Building Code

(IBC), 2017 National Electric Code (NEC), the 2018 International Fire Code (IFC), along with

amendments and attachments to all three codes.

All persons with special accessibility needs, including large print materials or interpreters should

December 6, 2023.
