Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Coolidge City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers at 911 S. Arizona Boulevard to consider the following: COOLPZ 25-10-24: A Zoning Code Text Amendment per Arizona State Legislation SB1103 (2023) and HB2447 (2025), to be implemented by December 31, 2025, into the City of Coolidge, Subdivision Regulations, Article III: “Planning Procedures and Requirements” authorizing personnel to review and approve preliminary and final plats without a public hearing. All persons with special accessibility needs, including large print materials or interpreters should contact the ADA Coordinator at (520) 723-5361 or TDD (520) 723-4653 no later than 10:00 am December 1, 2025.

Arizona Boulevard, and upon approval: Notice is also hereby given that the Coolidge City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers at 911 S. Arizona Boulevard to consider the following: COOLPZ 25-10-23: A Zoning Code Text Amendment per Arizona State Legislation SB1103 (2023) and HB2447 (2025), to be implemented by December 31, 2025, into the City of Coolidge, Zoning Code, Article XIX: “Administrative Procedures” Sections 1901, “Procedures for Site Plan approval” authorizing administrative personnel to review and approve site plans without a public hearing. All persons with special accessibility needs, including large print materials or interpreters should contact the ADA Coordinator at (520) 723-5361 or TDD (520) 723-4653 no later than 10:00 am November 26, 2025 for the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting, and no later than 10:00 am December 1, 2025 for the City Council meeting
