The City Clerk’s office, in cooperation with Pinal County, is committed to conducting regular and special municipal elections in accordance with State Law; prepares the agendas and minutes of the City Council meetings; supervises the city’s records, including circulating, recording and storing all permanent legal documents and maintains the City Code Book.
