Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation

This program provides funding to completely repair all problems with your home and if your home is in extremely poor condition you may qualify to have it replaced.  Assistance is provided to eligible households as a deferred payment loan.  This loan does not need to be repaid as long as you live in the home and you maintain the property.  To qualify, the total income of your household cannot exceed these levels:

2 Person $27,650

3 Person $31,100

4 Person $34,550

5 Person $37,350
