City of Coolidge Community Notification Information

Arizona state law (A.R.S. 13-3825, Community Notification of Sex Offenders law) requires city and county law enforcement agencies to notify the community when certain sex offenders move into their local jurisdictions. This notification is required when sex offenders are released from the Arizona State Prison, county jail, or who relocate from another city or state. The individuals listed below have been convicted of a sex offense, and are now living in Coolidge, Arizona.

Level 1: Lowest threat level to the community to become repeat offenders. No community notification.

Level 2: Intermediate risk to the community. This offender might still exhibit characteristics, which could lead to a return to criminal behavior. Law enforcement will notify the community.

Level 3: High risk to the community. The offender has a history of predatory sex crimes, has been convicted of a dangerous crime, or is diagnosed as a serial predator. Law enforcement will notify the community.

Notification flyers are delivered to the surrounding neighborhoods when a new registration is confirmed for both level 2 and 3 offenders.

The persons who appear on this web page are not wanted by any law enforcement agency at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.

The Coolidge Police Department has no legal authority to direct where a sex offender may or may not live. Unless court ordered restrictions exist, this offender is constitutionally free to live wherever he/she chooses. Abuse of the information contained on this website to threaten, intimidate, or harass sex offenders, is prohibited by law and will not be tolerated. Sex offenders have always lived in our communities; but because of Megan's Law, law enforcement is now able to share that information with you.

If you have any questions please call the Coolidge Police Department at 520-723-5311.
