Parks & Facilities Fees
PARKS USE SCHEDULE
New fees are effective January 1, 2007. Fees are subject to waiver on an individual basis either by the City Manager or through the Parks and Recreation Board and City of Coolidge Mayor and Council.
Reservations for Parks must be made ten (10) days before your event.
KENILWORTH SPORTS COMPLEX
Softball Lights
Resident: $15.00/hr. with 2 hour minimum
Non-Resident: $20.00/hr. with 2 hour minimum
TOURNAMENT RENTAL
Per field per event $75. Includes all equipment needed to conduct the tournament. EXCLUDING Gypsum.
USER FEE: $50.00/for fields $50.00/Concession/restrooms
SET-UP FEE: $30.00
DAMAGE FEE DEPOSIT
Per field $150.00 security deposit refundable if no damage is sustained to park.
SAN CARLOS PARK - Electricity/Water
Resident: $30.00 two hour minimum and $5 each additional hour.
Non-Resident: $35.00 two hour minimum and $5 each additional hour.
PARK RAMADA
$50.00 user fee to use ramada is also due at time of reservation and is not refundable, to guarantee availability please complete Facility Use Form. Fees must be paid at least one week before event.
SAN CARLOS PARK/PALO VERDE PARK RESTROOMS
$50.00 user fee to use restrooms is also due at time of reservation and is not refundable. A $75.00 refundable deposit is due at time of reservation.
CONCESSIONS
10% of total concessions will be assessed.
NORTH PARK - Electricity/Water
Resident: $30.00 two hour minimum and $5 each additional hour.
Non-Resident: $35.00 two hour minimum and $5 each additional hour.
PARK EQUIPMENT USE FEE
Bleachers and extra picnic tables $15. Fee is per item and requires five day prior notice.
COMMUNITY CENTER/YOUTH CENTER
GYMNASIUM/MEETING ROOM
Resident: $150 deposit, $20 per hour; $50 facility use fee/utility fee (includes tables, chairs and restrooms)
Non-Resident: $150 deposit $30 per hour $50 facility use fee/utility fee (includes tables, chairs and restrooms)
ARTISAN VILLAGE (Proposed fees to be considered for adoption on September 15, 2020)
Deposit: $150
User fee: $ 50
Hourly rate: $ 20 an hour
PD if necessary: $ 35 an hour per officer (2 officers)
PARK RESTROOMS
$75.00 Refundable deposit - $50.00 user fee is also due at time of reservation and is not refundable.
