Notice to Bid - Reconstruction of One (1) Single Family Dwelling

NOTICE TO BID

 

Notice of invitation for sealed bids is hereby given by the Community Revitalization Program, City of Coolidge for a contract for the reconstruction of one (1) single family dwelling.  

Bid proposals and specifications for this project are available from the Development Services Department at 131 West Pinkley Avenue, Coolidge, Arizona 85128, which is handicapped accessible, (520) 723-6075, or TTD (520) 723-4653.  

Sealed bids must be submitted to the City of Coolidge, City Clerk, 130 West Central Avenue, Coolidge, Arizona by 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 29th, 2024 at which time all bids received will be opened and the amount of the total bid read aloud.
