The Coolidge Municipal Court is the judicial branch of Coolidge City government.
The Presiding Judge is appointed by the Mayor and City Council.
The Court is of limited jurisdiction and deals with misdemeanors, petty offenses,
Civil traffic and City Ordinance violations which occur within the Coolidge City Limits.
 
 
Hours of operation: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm excluding holidays
 
Open court: Tues, Thurs and Fridays from 9am-10am
 
Warrant Court: Tues and Thursdays from 2pm-3pm

The Court will accept:

Cash, cashier’s check certified check and money order

 

IN PERSON AT PAYMENT LOCATIONS:

You are able to make an OFF-SITE payments at 7-Eleven and CVS Pharmacy (fees may apply):

Locate the barcode on your notice.

Show barcode to participating store and ask cashier to make cash payment and how much you want to make.

Keep receipt for your records, court is notified of and payments are posted within 15 mins.

The City Court does not hear small claims, civil law suits or forcible detainer actions (landlord/tenant matters);
These are heard in the Justice Courts of Pinal County.

You are not allowed to use electronic devices to photograph, record, or broadcast anything occurring within the courtroom or any individuals otherwise in the courthouse without consent.
