Housing Rehabilitation Program

The City of Coolidge is pleased to offer housing rehabilitation funding to residents of Coolidge whose owner occupied homes are in need of repair.  The City has two programs currently available:  Emergency Home Repair and Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation.

To be eligible for both programs your total household income cannot exceed the income limits identified for each program, you must occupy the home as your primary residence and you must own the home.

The level of funding you receive is based upon the program for which you and your home qualify and the level of work needed to rehabilitate your home.  The level of rehabilitation is determined by program inspection to assure that your home is safe for you and your family.

To begin the process you must submit an application.  The same application is used for both programs.  Once your application is submitted to the City of Coolidge your name will be placed on the waiting list for the programs.  When funding is available you will be contacted to attend a briefing regarding the program.
