The Human Resource staff is responsible for a full-range of human resources consulting services including:
Recruiting, selecting and retaining employees
Planning, organizing and carrying out the functions of classification, compensation, employee benefits, occupational safety and health
Performance management, organizational development and training
Employee relations
Compliance with all employment laws
