Applicants for Medical Marijuana Conditional Use Permits

To accommodate the time frames for Medical Marijuana Uses set by the Arizona Department of Health Services, the City of Coolidge is providing the opportunity for expedited processing of requests for Conditional Use Permits required for such uses in Coolidge.

Applications submitted by 12:00 noon on April 7, 2011 will be heard at a special Planning and Zoning Commission hearing tentatively scheduled for 7:00 pm on April 27, 2011.  Applications received after this deadline will not be heard until the regular June meeting.  Applications must be received at the Growth Management offices located at 131 W. Pinkley  Ave. in Coolidge prior the deadline stated above.
