Community Liaison Officer

The Coolidge Police Department recognizes the importance of fostering positive relationships and building partnerships with community members, groups and organizations. The Community Liaison Officer, Phillip Blouir, acts as the department liaison with other local community groups concerned with crime prevention and establishes those links and partnerships. He is knowledgeable in crime prevention issues and assists the community with the organization of Neighborhood Watch groups. Officer Phillip Blouir attends Neighborhood Watch and Town Hall meetings as well. In addition, Officer Phillip Blouir helps to identify and address long and short term problems and works with the community toward problem resolution.
