Public Notice - Notice of Intention to Modify the Land Use Assumptions (LUA) plan and Infrastructure Improvements Plan (IIP)

The city of Coolidge hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on December 8, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the Coolidge City Council Chambers, 911 South Arizona Boulevard, Coolidge, Arizona in connection with the city’s intention to modify the Land Use Assumptions report and Infrastructure Improvement Plan report. At the hearing, the city will accept verbal and written comments concerning the proposed Land Use Assumptions report and Infrastructure Improvement Plan report.
