Requesting Public Records

How do I request a record?

To request any public record, you have several options.

You may complete a Public Records Request form and fax it back to the Office of the City Clerk at (520) 723-7910.

Or you may email normao@coolidgeaz.com explaining in detail what your request is.  Please indicate whether or not your request is for commercial purposes.

Or you may visit us at City Hall and complete a hard copy of a Public Records Request form or download and fill out the form below.

Fees

Paper copies:  .25 per page

Email:  No charge if your request can be emailed back.
