Graffiti Removal Program

Currently, the City of Coolidge utilizes the Pinal County Sheriff and County Attorney Office “Graffiti Impact Removal Program.”  The process is simple and consists of completing and submitting the two attached on-line forms.  The first is the “Graffiti Report Form” which describes the graffiti and its location.  The second is the “Permission and Release of Liability Form.  This is signed by the owner of the property the graffiti has been written on, and it gives permission to allow the graffiti to be painted over.  In the event you wish to report graffiti, but you are not the owner of the property, contact the Coolidge Police Department at the non-emergency number: (520) 723 – 5311.  A police officer will contact the owner and complete the graffiti paperwork.
