About Us
The Coolidge Municipal Court is the Judicial Branch of the Coolidge City government and a part of the Arizona Judicial System. The Coolidge Municipal Court adjudicates criminal misdemeanors, City Code violations, civil traffic offenses, and certain juvenile offenses that occur within the City of Coolidge. The Court also issues Protective Orders in cases involving domestic violence and harassment.
Mission
To provide for the prompt and fair adjudication of all cases, maintain public confidence in the Court, and ensure transparency and accessibility.
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closed on City Holidays
Open Court: every Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Warrant Court: every Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Methods of Payment:
In-person: The Court will accept cash, credit/debit cards, cashier’s checks, certified checks, and money orders.
Off-Site Payment Locations: Off-site payments can be made at 7-Eleven and CVS (fees may apply). Locate the barcode on your notice and show it to the participating store’s cashier to make a cash payment.
Online:
Receipts: The receipt provided is proof of payment. Please keep this for your records.
NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS NOTICE: Fees will be assessed for dishonored payments and may be referred to the Pinal County Bad Check Program.

If you do not speak English, are hearing impaired, or require any other form of special accommodation, please let a Court employee know so that appropriate arrangements can be made before your scheduled Court hearing.

Photography and Video Recording Prohibited
You are not allowed to use electronic devices to photograph, record, or broadcast anything occurring within the Court or any individuals otherwise in the Courthouse without consent given by the Judge in advance. Violation of this Rule may result in a contempt of Court citation and confiscation and review of your electronic devices. Rule 122.1, Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona.
